Hull Strength and Conditioning Bootcamp Dates

Alright Guys, I hope your training is going well and you're feeling good with the good weather - well sometimes good :) .

My trip to the Osteopath was just what I needed and already feeling the benefit of some massage and stretches. Should be lifting again in no time! :)

As promised, here are the scheduled Hull Strength and Conditioning Bootcamps:

June 20th: Males = 8am

July 2nd: Males = 6pm

July 4th: Males = 8am; Womens = 9am

July 9th: Males = 6pm;

July 11th: Males = 8am; Womens = 9am

That's it for the next few weeks.
