Hull Strength and Conditioning Bootcamp Dates

Alright Guys, I hope your training is going well and you're feeling good with the good weather - well sometimes good :) .

My trip to the Osteopath was just what I needed and already feeling the benefit of some massage and stretches. Should be lifting again in no time! :)

As promised, here are the scheduled Hull Strength and Conditioning Bootcamps:

June 20th: Males = 8am

July 2nd: Males = 6pm

July 4th: Males = 8am; Womens = 9am

July 9th: Males = 6pm;

July 11th: Males = 8am; Womens = 9am

That's it for the next few weeks.

If you are a woman, or know a woman that would be interested in getting stronger leaner and fitter, in a fun, supportive environment - drop me and email and there may well be an extra evening training session for the ladies.

Im already looking forward to Saturdays Bootcamp!

Hull Strength and Conditioning Bootcamp

A big thank you to all those who took part in the Hardcore Strength and Conditioning Bootcamps this weekend. The lads again proved that weather is no match for pure determination. There was lots of power going on amidst windy conditions.

The Ladies stepped up afterwards, proving they too can ramp up some energy when it's needed. Many calories will have been shot out the window with their sled drags, keg carrying and deadlifts.

Heres to this coming saturday;

Mens Bootcamp at 8am;
Womens Bootcamp at 9am;

Both Bootcamp sessions are £5, or £2.50 if it's your first session.

Hull Bootcamp

A big thanks to the guys who attended the Strength and Conditioning Bootcamp on Saturday 30th. The lads gave it some real effort, showed their strengths, worked on their weaknesses, and motivated the rest to do the same. It was good fun, if not a little hot! (At 12 noon the temperature must have been 22-24 degrees.... Thats commitment!)

Here is Adrian giving the sled a testing in soaking conditions the other day!



A repeat Bootcamp is going ahead same place but different time. This coming Saturday (6th June), the Mens Bootcamp will run at 8am.

Many Women have been interested in a womens circuit, so a Womens Bootcamp will run at 9am.
